Privacy and data protection
Your records stay put until you approve a written scope.
Privacy and de-identification come before any buyer introduction. This page explains how a licensing conversation is handled, and what this website itself collects. The legal notice at the bottom is a draft for counsel to revise.
How a licensing conversation treats records
Launchline is the seller's representative. We do not extract data from your systems, and we do not sell your files outright. A licence, if you later choose one, permits a defined use. It is not a sale of the company and it is not a handover of the live systems.
The first conversation needs a description: the business, the systems, and how far back the history goes. It does not need an export, a customer list, or passwords.
Before any records would be shared, they are de-identified. Names, contact details, account numbers, government IDs, and similar personal data are not the product. If a history cannot be separated from that information, or you are not free to license it, it stays out.
We vet buyers before we ask you to meet them. You approve every introduction, and you approve the scope. You can decline and keep everything where it is.
What you approve
- Whether we introduce a buyer at all.
- What description of the business, if any, that buyer may hear.
- The material, the permitted use, and the terms, if a licence is drafted.
- The decision to stop. A review does not obligate you to continue.
What this website collects
The inquiry form asks for your name, company, role, industry, years in business, the systems you use, phone, email, and an optional message. We use those details to reply about a data review. We do not use the form as a place to collect training data, and we do not add you to a newsletter from this form.
The form is sent to our office email. If email delivery is not configured, the form says so and asks you to call or email directly. It does not pretend the message was sent.
This site does not run an advertising tracker and does not ask you to accept a marketing cookie. The host may keep ordinary server logs, such as the address of a request, the way any website host does. Do not put customer lists, account numbers, or other people's personal details in the message.
To ask about an inquiry you already sent, email mxstute@launchlinedesign.com or call (786) 229-4730.
Website privacy notice (draft)
This draft notice describes Launchline Design, dba Launchline Data Advisory, at 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33137. Contact: mxstute@launchlinedesign.com, (786) 229-4730.
We collect the inquiry fields listed above so we can respond to a request for a data review. The lawful basis and the retention period should be confirmed by counsel. Until that review, treat retention as “kept in the office email account for as long as the conversation, or any resulting agreement, requires.”
We do not sell website inquiry information. We do not share it with a data buyer. A later licence for a company's operating records is a separate written agreement and is not formed by submitting this form.
You may email us to ask what inquiry information we still have and to request a correction or deletion, subject to what counsel confirms we must keep. We will say if a request cannot be completed.
This draft does not describe a licence for operating records. That document, if one is signed, controls those records.
Last updated October 24, 2026. Marked for attorney review.
Questions about what would never be shared belong in the review.
Tell us the systems you use and what you would want kept out. You do not need to send a sample file to ask.
No files needed. No upfront fee.
