Launchline Data Advisory

How it works

A conversation first. A licence only if you want one.

The first step is a review of fit, not a transaction. Assessment comes before any introduction. Payment, if it comes, comes later, under a written agreement. We do not promise that your records will qualify.

  1. 01

    Book a free data review

Send a short inquiry, or call the office. We ask who you are, the company, your role, the industry, how long you have been in business, and which systems hold the history. Do not attach files.

  2. 02

Talk through how the work is recorded

On the call we ask how a job, shipment, or project moves through the company, what gets written down, and what you would never want shared. You stay in the conversation. We are not logging into your systems.

  3. 03

Get a plain view of fit

We tell you what kinds of records might be relevant, what would need to be removed or de-identified, and whether we would recommend a buyer introduction at all. If we do not see a responsible path, we say so.

  4. 04

    Approve or decline every introduction

A buyer does not receive your name, a description you have not approved, or any records. We vet who is asking and what they say they want the material for. You decide whether to meet them.

  5. 05

Sign a licence only if you want one

If you and a buyer both want to proceed, the licence names the material, the permitted use, and the commercial terms. Original records stay with you. Nothing is extracted or sold outright. Sharing, if it happens, follows that written scope after de-identification.

What we handle

  • The seller-side conversation about whether a review is even appropriate.
  • A plain explanation of what would have to be removed before any use.
  • Vetting buyers before we ask for your time.
  • Introductions only after you approve them.
  • Keeping the decision points in front of you.

What you are not asked to do

  • Export the database for the first call.
  • Hand over passwords or let us into your systems.
  • Pay a retainer to hear whether there is a fit.
  • Accept a price from a web form.
  • Sign away the company, or the original files.

Questions about the process

When would anyone be paid?

Only if a licence is signed, and only on the terms in that agreement. We do not quote amounts or payment timing on this website. There is no upfront fee for the review.

Can the same history be licensed more than once?

Sometimes a licence is limited to one buyer. Sometimes the terms allow more than one use. That is a decision in the agreement, not a default. You approve the scope.

What will my team have to do?

At the start, describe the business and the systems. If a licence later moves forward, privacy review and de-identification are completed before any records would be shared. We do not ask your staff to become a data team, and we do not pull data out of your systems on the first call.

Who does Launchline represent?

The owner. We explain the opportunity, vet buyers, and bring an introduction only with your approval. We are not the buyer, and we are not selling the company.

Walk through it with your own systems in mind.

The review is a description of the business and the records you already hold. If a buyer introduction is not appropriate, that is a complete answer.
